Chapter Notes

12/03/2009 - Updated page on UIL's attempted takeover of TASO

11/10/09 - Updated playoff assignments.

11/1/09 - Added new page with information about TASO and UIL's attempts to disban the organization.

10/19/09 - Added 2009 TASO Point Sheets to the rules and tools section.

09/09/09 - Posted letter from George Coit, Board Chair for TASO, sent to all TASO Members in the members portal.

09/02/09 - Added TASO Severe Weather Guidance PDF to the Rules & Tools link above.

08/31/09 - The meeting originally scheduled for September 9th has been rescheduled for the 8th due to a scheduling conflict with the meeting facility.  Please let everyone know of this change!  The meeting schedule in the members portal has also been updated to reflect these changes.

08/26/09 - 2009 UIL Points of Emphasis: Proper Uniforms Memo has been posted to the Rules & Tools section above.

08/26/09 - I made a game card template for those of us who would like to print our own.  It is a tri-fold design that when folded, easily fits in your front shirt pocket.  If you don't record penalties, simply cut that portion of it off to make the card even smaller.  Give it a try and let me know what you think.  I put a link to it in the Rule & Tools section.  I print mine on 110lb card stock and found a cheap paper cutter @ OfficeMax so I can cut out multiple cards at once.

08/25/09 - Added Compliance Card in PDF format for the 2009 season.  I put two different versions up.  The first one is just a single page.  Simply print it out on card stock and cut out.  You'll need to carry two with you (one for each coach) when you go do your pre-game.  The second is for people who have access to duplex printing.  Print it out and set your printer to print in duplex mode and you'll get a single printed page that has the information on both sides of the card.  This way you only have to carry one card with you.  Check them out.  They are located in the Rules & Tools section above.

08/18/09 - Added COPE Presentation to the Members Portal \ Rules & Tools.  Formatted in .ppt and .pdf.  See the links at the bottom of the Rules & Tools page for instructions on downloading the proper viewer application if you have trouble opening the documents.
